A Social Media Manager helps our clients operate and scale different parts of their growing businesses. As a Social Media Manager you’ll be a general problem solver, collaborating with different teams at our client company and helping them with various projects.

 

Qualification and Responsibilities

  • Running the company’s Social Media advertising campaigns.
  • Create and curate engaging content for multiple social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
  • Monitoring the company’s brand on social media.
  • Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
  • Managing online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
    Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
  • Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
  • Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
  • Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Create and curate engaging content for multiple social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using metrics to drive improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools and incorporate them into campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to create and execute social media initiatives that align with overall business goals
  • Monitor social media conversations and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and manage relationships with influencers and other industry partners
  • Interpret and create social media reports and analytics
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Create and curate engaging content for multiple social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using metrics to drive improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools and incorporate them into campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to create and execute social media initiatives that align with overall business goals
  • Monitor social media conversations and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and manage relationships with influencers and other industry partners
  • Interpret and create social media reports and analytics
  • Create relevant materials for social media campaigns, including social media video reels, edited photos, and well-written copy.
  • Be willing to learn new skillsets as the social media sphere changes over time.
